Refund policy


FOR TRAINING COURSES:

1. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment or Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course.
  • Payments are non-refundable as they secure a limited place on the course. However, course dates may be transferred with at least 14 days’ notice prior to the course start date, subject to availability.

2. Course Date Changes

  • We understand that plans can change.
  • You may request to change your course date provided you give at least 14 days’ notice before your scheduled course start date.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us by email.

3. Non-Attendance

  • Failure to attend your scheduled course without providing the required 14 days’ notice will result in the loss of your booking and payment.

4. Cancellations by Us

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available on the new course date if a change is requested and approved.

6. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking a course with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions

FOR PRODUCTS AND TOOLS:

We have a 14-day return policy on Tools or on products that have NOT been coloured for your order, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with box, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom coloured products (such as products we have pre mixed for you with pigment).  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
