YIELD:

ONEROCK L - 900g per m2

ONEROCK M - 450g per m2

ONEROCK S - 350g per m2

Mineral mortar formulated based on acrylic resins, additives and selected minerals to

confer high mechanical and chemical performance with low VOC emissions.

ONEROCK is a continuous highly decorative coating for professionals:

Ready to use, flexible, resistant and waterproof. It can be applied on practically any consolidated surface.

PROPERTIES:

• Continuous coating (always respect expansion joints if any)

• Applicable on almost any type of support: concrete, cement, ceramics, plaster, plasterboard, etc.

• Excellent workability

• High adherence to the support

• Does not yellow over time or by UV

Preparation for no mesh system

  • PRIMER 1 coat
  • ONEROCK L 1 to 2 Coats
  • ONEROCK M 1 coat
  • ONEROCK S 1 coat if wanting more of a smooth finish
  • VARNISH W 2 coats

All surfaces must be clean, dry, level and consolidated.

Apply PRIMER or PRIMERQUARTZ , wait at least 30/60 minutes dependant on temperature and moisture of the room. 

Apply 1 to 2 coats of ONEROCK L applying some pressure with the trowel.

Tool: Metal trowel

Wait 8-12 hours between coats.

Sanded with 40 grit of each layer and vacuumed from the surface.

Apply 1 or 2 coats of ONEROCK M or if wanting more of a smooth finish use ONEROCK S, applying some pressure with the trowel. Tool: Metal trowel for M, Plastic trowel for S

wait 6-8 hours

Sanded with 120 (M) or 220 (S) grit and vacuumed the surface.

Application of two coats of VARNISH W water-based aliphatic polyurethane (5:1)

NOTE:

Drying times are calculated at a temperature of 20ºC and a maximum relative humidity of 60%. Adapt times to environmental conditions.

IMPORTANT:

Apply the layers with a minimum thickness, and always wait until they dry to proceed with the next step. Promote air flow for optimal drying.
